• Set your display to 640x480 (or 800x600)
• Open up a multimedia program, application, programming language, network tool, any program that is useful to know how to use.
• Record at medium quality screen capture with audio.
• Do a 2 to 5 min (or more if you like) training video on the program.
• Save your work as a wmv file and place this file on a disk. The file will be several hudred kb, or a few MB. If it's over 10 MB, then either you did a really long video (20 min) or you set the wrong type of recording quality. Please do not do videos over 1024x768. Set your monitor's resolution lower.
