Video Training

Create a training video between 2 and 5 mins (longer is alright, if you have the space on your web server).
Set your display to 800 x 600. This will make a medium sized display for capture.

In Windows Media Encoder,
c:\program files\windows media components\encoder\wmenc.exe
do a screen capture of the entire screen (with audio checked). Capture at medium quality.

Place the WMV on your site. A simple link to the file is all that is required to make it play.
