Use WickEditor to make a tutorial.

Have a main title screen with some music. Have a button to begin.

Have a menu that has Learn, Test

In the Learning section: Have a frame showing some information to teach them about a topic of your choice. You may use more than one frame to teach the items. Use images and sound. You can use a Movie Clip to show animations via animated GIF.  If you import an animated GIF as an asset, you need to select to make it animated.

In the Teaching section: Have frames for questions. Ask them a question on the topic and have multiple choice letters A-D for answer. The questions can be audio, text or image. If by text, have a replay button to hear the sound again. The answer can be an image or text. Have the user press the letter on the keyboard, but also make the text or image a button to be clicked on (such as to allow for use on touch screen devices without a keyboard). For wrong answers, make a sound that seems like they got it wrong. For the correct answer, play a good sound, but then when the sound is complete go to the next frame. You can easily make the wrong answers have the sound on the Down frame.

Have 3 or more frames of questions. When they answer the last question, make a congratulations screen with a nice picture/animation and sounds.

For either section, have a return button on the upper left corner of the screen, so they can return to the section menu.
