Have the robot warn people about something

Make the robot move in a wide circle pattern taking 5 seconds to make the circle.

While the robot is going in the circle:

• Display the word WARNING flash on/off in 1/2 second intervals.
• Play a siren or warning sound repeatedly.

Once the robot has made a complete circle:

• Set the brake to stop the motors.
• Stop the sounds
• Clear the display
