The file elemorob_notes.pdf is the class notes for the lesson on March 19. Perhaps this is sufficient for two classes. Please send me your comments at

mate@sci.brooklyn.cuny.edu
The easiest way to improve these notes if you email me as to what it is you find difficult to understand in the notes is to email me what you think. It is easy for me to make minor changes in these notes, and the changes may help everybody, not just you.

At this point, I did not set up blackboard for the class. I may do this later, but for this to be useful, I need to attach a webcamera to my computer to enable video conferences. I have never done this, since I mainly use my computer for work and not entertainment, and I have not found a camera useful until now.

If you prefer me to answer your question on the phone, please send me your phone number, but as I said email to improve the manuscript may help also other people.

At this point, it is impossible to assemble in a classroom for exams. I hope I can find clarification as to how exams can be handled.
