    CodeBlocks IDE
    for Windows XP, download and install these Code::Blocks IDE, with MINGW compiler:
    1. Code::Blocks IDE with MinGW (this contains the C++ compiler and builder and the CodeBlocks interface; it's about 12.9Mb)
