The Dean asked that all instructors remind students of the following information:
| 3rd September | Last day to add a course by WEB |
| 10th September | Last day to file for Pass/Fail Applications |
| 17th September | Last day to drop a course without a grade |
| 15th October | Last day to file for Fall 2009 Graduation |
| 11th November | Last day to apply for a withdrawal, W grade. |
| 11th December | Last day of weekday classes |
| 15th December | Final examinations begin |
| 21st December | Final examinations end |
