As some of you have noticed, there is a bug in the code I posted for the first project. Sometimes when all the rocks have been picked up and moved to the spaceship/base, the simulation still thinks there is a rock to be collected.
This comes about because when a patch is picked to be the spaceship/base, there is no check if it is already a rock. If it is, when the patch is re-colored nothing decrements the rock counter, so the counter is set too high.
I posted a revised version (not the most elegant solution) on the projects page.
