1. What is the format of the course?

   The course will run like this:

   1. First I'll give a few introductory lectures, to cover some background on auctions and mechanism design.
   2. Then you'll all make a presentation of a paper on the topic of course (I'll provide suggestions to anyone who needs help finding something).
   3. Towards the end of the semester, I'll then describe soe of the recent work my group has been doing in this area.
