College rules prevent you from needing more than three of these when
you are admitted as a matriculated graduate student.
Yes.
You can be accepted as a matriculated Masters student if you have to complete 3 or less of the pre-requisites.
If you need to complete more than 3 pre-requisite courses then College rules prevent you from being admitted as a matriculated graduate student.
However, you can apply and be accepted as a non-matriculated student, complete the requirements, and then become matriculated.
Alternatively you can take the pre-requisite classes as a non-degree student.
All the information you need to know about application is provided by the Admissions Office.
All this information is on the web at:

The formal deadline for Spring admission is November 1st and for Fall admission is March 1st, though we will accept applications that we receive soon after either deadline.
First you need to apply to Brooklyn College and be accepted. Information on how to apply can be found here.
If you are accepted into a program we can look at your prior record and see if there are any courses that are equivalent to courses at Boroklyn College. Such courses can be transfered, up to a limit of 40% of the required credits for your program.
Please note that you cannot transfer credits that were used towards a previous degree.
Please also note that you cannot use undergraduate credits for a graduate degree.
Please see:

for current information on fees.
In common with most Masters programs, the programs at Brooklyn College have very little financial support to offer incoming students.
If you want to be considered as a recipient for next semester, please email the Graduate Deputy.
The dates of the semester are published in the college calendar. You can find this at:
