The system has a log, PinballLog
, to keep track of things that
happen in the system.

Each ball has it's own unique log file, which consists of the date &
time, ball # and strategy name.

There is a log threshold level set so that only certain level messages get
logged.

Log information can be written to the header, which is written at the beginning
of each file.

Header information consists of a string of information and the object that
wants to write it.

Regular log information can be written to include a new line or not.

The regular information to the log file consists of the frame number, the
string of information, priority level, and the object that wants to write
it.
