course description:
 Designing, building and testing a database-backed intelligent web-based system. Emphasis on software development concepts, tools and technologies, database systems, and intelligent systems. This course should be taken after CIS 20.1.
(3 credits)

prerequisites:
 Completion of CIS 20.1 with a grade of C or better.
