| 3 | A bug in a browser causes dates & times of Incognito browsing to show in your history. |
| 4 | A bug in your email server led to your reception of only a part of an email message. |
| 5 | You are working on a Word document when it suddenly stops responding. |
| 6 | A banker unlawfully sets up a transfer of $1000 from each of his clients, whose accounts info he is allowed only to view, to his bank account. |
