These programs include examples of search and the genetic algorithm I showed you in class.
I also put up a revised version of the notes for class IV.2 since the original had some errors.
The page also has several sample programs that show different ways of handling arrays (at least using g++ 4.2.4, YMMV).
The second part of the assignment for Unit IV is available on the homework page.
The first part of the assignment for Unit IV is available on the homework page.
The sample program swap.cpp that illustrates the use of reference parameters is also up.
Sample programs are also up. These include a simple game based on the fox and rabbit example.
The first part of the assignment for Unit III is available on the homework page.
Note that this assignment is due on Wednesday October 29th.
The next class will be on Tuesday 14th October. That day is a Monday schedule, hence the class.
The due date for the next homework has changed. The homework for Unit II is now due on October 6th.
That is also the date of the next class.
The homework for Unit II is available on the homework page.
Since we are done with Unit I, expect to hand in the homework soon. Homework is due on the 17th September.
Notes from the class today are available from the page for Unit II.
The second part of the first lab/homework is available on the homework page.
The first part of the first lab/homework is available on the homework page.
Notes for this, and every, class, come in two formats. One is basically what I projected, with one slide per page. The other is the paper-saving version (assuming you'll print them) with 4 slides to a page. Harder to read, but nicer for the environment.
Welcome to the course.
