1. What is the textbook?

   There is no textbook for this class. I don't think there is a book that adequately covers the material, so, instead, I will provide you with all the material I think you need.

   Some of this will be things I hand out in class.

   Some of this will be things I post on this website.

   Some of this will be things you need to learn to look up for yourselves online.
